We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address or shipping address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times.
* The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival.
– Free Shipping is applicable on every order above 800/- (Except – Plantation soil and Substrates, lighting and other bulk items)
– Purchasing Below 800/- shipping charge will be applicable 100/- flat rate. (Which can be change by site owner an time by giving pre intimation)
– Plantation Soil n sands may be charge for 150/- Bag for shipping.
– Rs. 70 applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method.
– In India, some state governments levies the entry tax & other charges when the product enters the state. Which should be pay by purchaser.
– COD facility is available only for Order Value under INR 7000/-
– The Entry Tax is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.
* Aquatic live Plants
For Perishable Items like aquatic Plants & fishes Additional Packing and Shipping charges may be applicable, based on the volumetric calculations of the logistics company.
– Up to Rs. 1200 = Rs. 350
– Rs. 1200 to Rs. 3000 > Rs. 450
– Rs. 3001 to Rs. 6000 > Rs. 550
– Rs. 6001 and 10000> Rs. 600
Plants Order may take 5-7 days time as we ship Plants only on Thursday or Monday.
SHIPPING THROUGH – BLUEDART, FEDX, DTDC, INDIA SPEED POST or WHICHEVER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AT YOUR POSTAL CODE.
– Though we are not responsible for delays by Courier company as this is out of our span of control
– We will not be responsible for plants arriving in bad condition due to Courier delays or because it was sent via Normal as Express Service to a location is not available
If the customer is reachable in over night journey, for urgent delivery to our valuable costumers we may ship the products through private parcel service.
Damage & Claims
- We always ensure to give you fast and prompt delivery, So we arrange for the best shipping solution depend on the location.
- Though After Dispatch the delivery is totally depend on Courier Partner. We cant take any responsibility, for delay of the shipment.
- Once you get the product, within 24 Hours (for live plants and fishes the time limit is 12 hours) Pls open and ensure that the product reach to you properly and safely.
- If you got any damage or didn’t get the whatever you order, Pls let us know us by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or 9175620804 (Whatsapp) with Images.
- For the claim the Images of the damage product and packing is necessary, without that we can’t entertain any claim. Pls ensure all the claim related mail and images should be reach to us before 24 hours (for live plants and fishes the time limit is 12 hours), So we can forward it to our courier service provider.
- The claim reach after 24 hours of the delivery will not entertain.
- The courier partner may try 3 to 6 times to deliver the shipment on said address, As per there respected policies. But if they fails to deliver the shipment it may return back to our address. For such delayed shipment we can dispatch it again after buyers confirmation.
- Though if buyer ask for refund for the return shipment, the refund will be made after deduction of packing and shipping charges. It may take 3-5 working days.
- After dispatch the product if buyer wants to cancel the order he/she should intimate it to us in writing or refuse to accept the product and mention it in courier partners run shit. We shall make the refund process after getting back the product.
- If we din’t get back such return or refuse shipments or got it in damage condition. We may raise a claim for settlement to our courier partner as per their policies. The refund or replacement is totally depend on courier partners claim settlement response and decision. This may takes nearly a month.
- For Live plants & fishes : The product once dispatch the order could not cancel, as it may got dead or perish in return process. We can’t make any refund for live plants and fishes once dispatch from our side. However the buyer may receive the shipment and raise a claim within 12 hours with require images if any mortality.
- We can pay upto 50% amount or give replacement if the plants is perished in transit but claim should be raise within 12 hours of received the product
